I have not tried Dish IP TV. If you are only looking at Indian programming, you may want to look at WatchIndia (dot) TV. I must point out that the quality was not great (especially while viewing on a large screen, it was good enough a Dual Core laptop). Recently they have introduced a STB option. I am guessing this maybe good. Anyway, they have a 15 day trial, which you can check out.

If the question is whether AC21 can be used or not, then the answer is YES. If the question is whether it is legal or not, then the answer is illegal. If the applicant never had the intention to work for the company that filed for GC, then it is fraud.

Just show whatever w2's and paystubs you have . Later on if you get another RFE saying that they need 1999 w2's etc.. then you can always tell them you don't have. No need to lie.
As long as your status is good after your recent entry you will be ok. No need to worry about 1999 or 2000 period.

My LCA Job title is "Computer and Information Systems Manager" , O-net Job Code 11-3021.00. Can I take a job of "Computer Systems Engineers/Architects" , O-net Job Code 15-1099.02. Is it not considered as similar occupation?

In conservative view, though both are in same field, both are not similar occupation becuse one is "engineer" and other is "manager". Engineer skills and responsibilites and duties are different than manager. So it will not qualify to AC21 portability. For similar occupation classification, both should be in same family in Onet or it should have first 2 numbers in the code should be same.

2. If you are out of university and if company A's H1 is valid, you can start work with company A.
If you are out of university and company A's H1 is valid, but you are not getting job or salary - you are out of status
If you are out of university and company A's H1 is not valid, you are out of stats.
Please check with attorney asap.

However as someone else said about stamping and getting over the out of status period issues is not correct, if at any point you were out of status (no salary or no valid i-94 (white card or the 797)), it may come back to haunt you during GC process.
Without getting into the risk/debate of whether you were counted for cap when "A" filed for your H1, in order to file with another employer "C", it is advisable to work for "A" if they have a valid H1 filed for you and if you have just left the University employer without any delay and consult with an attorney to remedy the out of status issue for the period since you left the Univ. employer. And as always, if you think you were helped by the senior members here, please consider helping IV by donating to your own cause as soon as you get a project / back on track. Thank You.

From your previous posts, I gathered that you entered US using AP sometime ago. Now are you going to H1 stamping with a amended H1 petition or are you just using the old petition?

As the nurses. who are ahead in PD to regular EB3 folks, vacate the line using recaptured numbers (after the country quota is used up in a year) , next year they will not be still standing in the queue ahead of you consuming a valuable quota. The replacement nurses who could take the regular quota have to join the line at the back.

My opinion:
Well, can the Java Programmer walk the ramp and pull it off like a professional model? Their work is a lot harder than it appears on the outside taking into account the success rate among models. Considering that even school kids can write excellent java programs, if we still want to consider the Java programmer as "highly skilled", then so are models.
Giselle Bundchen is worth half a billion dollars or somewhere in that range.
Btw, I am in the programming line myself in case someone thinks I have a problem with programmers. But I wouldn't mind swapping places with a successful model ;)
The words �highly skilled� have been the most misrepresented words. H1s is not only for highly skilled and not all programmers are highly skilled but some are�
These words have been used by pro and anti-immigrants alike in equal measure. One group wants an increase in H1 saying that US has shortage of skilled labor. The other group ridicules this statement that even kids can do programming.

With the July filers coming into the picture, I think TSC and NSC will stick to the current trend. TSC will still be processing i-140 within 6 months and NSC within 10 to 12 months.
However, it will be totally different matter for i-485 as USCIS will prioritize processing those with "current" PD.
